Do you offer wide-width options?
Currently, we offer standard width options for most styles. Some of our men’s boots and women’s slip-ons naturally accommodate wider feet due to their flexible designs. Check individual product descriptions for specific fit information.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and receive exclusive promotions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your shoes to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Click the tracking link in your email or enter the number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for real-time updates.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
What if my shoes arrive damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if preferred.
