We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient shipping options:

Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your shoes as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals and slip-on shoes that have been worn or tried on without protective socks. These items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
